What Causes Frequent Bladder Infection Along With Vaginal Itching?

Hi, I have bladder infection very, very frequently, and lately, I have developed itchiness (but there is no discharge). I avoid coffee and alcohol as much as I can, and take extreme care of my vaginal hygiene. I see a doctor every time there is an infection but it is quite futile. The Doctors prescribe antibiotics for the time, and in a few months, the infections come back again. Is there a way to completely avoid/cure this?

Hi,
There is recurrent vaginal infection in your case we need to find out any underlying cause for it.

I want to know-
1) Associated symptoms like fever, increased frequency of urination, increased thirst, weight loss, abnormal weight gain, swelling over face and legs, any other skin rashes or discoloration.
2) Past history of diabetes, joint pain.
3) Any medicines like steroids are you on?

Following investigations may be helpful to you-
1) Complete blood count, kidney and liver function test, urine examination.
2) Blood sugar level- Fasting, postprandial, OGTT, HbA1c level to detect possibility of diabetes.

Hope this may be helpful for you, if yes do vote.
