What Causes Frequent Bowel Movement With Abdominal Pain In A Pregnant Woman Diagnosed With Crohn S Disease?

i am 25 years old and have been diagnosed with crohns disease 2 years ago, i am now 271/2 weeks pregnant i m having some problems i have started having frequent bowel movements and have noticed mucus, blood, fluid and that my stools are gritty like sand. this is also accompanied with lower abdominal pain where in october last year i had the beginning of a structure forming but no surgery performed what could this be?

Well come to HCM
Chances of intestinal infection is very likely and this need to be ruled out, this could have been treated on tentative basis but looking to your history of conception this is not advisable but you need to go for stool examination, frequency of 3 to 4 stool in day would be normal, take care for hydration, otherwise this is nothing to worry, every thing would be fine soon, take care.
