What Causes Frequent Bowel Movement?

My daughter out of the blue started having bowel movements every time she has to go out . Also when she drives to work and there is traffic she feels like she is going to have a bowel movement in her pants. Even if she gets into a elevator at work , it s the same feeling. What do you think is the problem?

She has got gastroenteritis and needs immediate treatment. If I was her treating physician I would have prescribed her Rifaximin antibiotics if not allergic to. Plus Loperamide for diarrhea control.
