Hi
Thank you for asking HCM
I have gone through your query.Your problem is most likely costochondritis of ribs.As your ultrasound results are normal, cardiac problem is unlikely.Usually a pain while palpation of the area is characteristic for costochondritis..For my patients with such problem i treat with antiinflammatory gels like diclofenac or nimusulide for local application.Hope this may help you.
Let me know if you have any further query.
