Are you taking any alcohol, caffeinated drinks or smoking history?
You may be suffering from paroxysmal
arrhythmia, may be ectopics. But you have to get it done
hypertrophic cardiomyopathy run in families in which people more for arrhythmia. Long QT syndromes and WPW syndrome may present like arrhythmia or ectopics.
Hence, get TMT, holter monitoring, 24 hour ECG monitor and cardiac
stress test,
thyroid profile, serum electrolytes and echo cardiography done, they may be useful.
Avoid caffeine and alcohol because they increase
heart rate. Non conducting P waves may not be harmful but in heart blocks they may be seen. Please review with above reports and consult with your cardiologist, he will examine and treat you accordingly.
