What Causes Frequent Chills And Hot Flashes Throughout The Day?
Is it normal to keep having chills and hot flashes throughout the day? I am a 57 yr old woman, so have been attributing this to hot flashes, but this has been going on for 18 yrs., really bad this winter. It seems like my body should have settled down by now.
