What Causes Frequent Cough And Cold Even After Medication?

hi, myself meenakshi , mother of 3+ year old child........ he has the problem of cold and cough almost after every 15 - 20 days after he has been of 2.5 years old......... every time i provide him the medicine prescribed by our Pediatrician .......... and he become alright but after some time the same problem occurs again....... so i want to know that is there any serious problem with my child? how can i take care of it? my Id is YYYY@YYYY ........ Thank you so much...........

I really appreciate your concern this is not the serious problem but this could be allergic constitution which does not need any treatment, but this could be more problematic if treated vigorously, instead just do nothing take general care, like give more water for drink, try pure honey at bed time, if the temperature goes beyond 101 F then antipyretic (Acetaminophen) can be tried, otherwise this is totally self limiting condition, take good care of baby and have nice day.
