What Causes Frequent Cough And Vomiting At Night?

Hi..My wife has been coughing frequently at night and prevents her from getting rest. Tonight, she vomited frequently from coughing, She is super allergic Scale 1-10, she is a 20. Her blood work recently showed a 122 level for NaCl. She had to receive a steriod shot today for itchiness for the last week all over her body. She says she doesn t feel well and is often fatigued. She is going tomorrow to see a Hematologist... She has severe constipation....and her stools do not look normal. she is waiting for a Bladder Lift but had to several times get the procedure delayed. Can you connect any of these dots,,,and make sense of whay might be causing her coughing mostly at night?
