What Causes Frequent Dizziness And Nausea?

Hi.My name is Camylle and I am a 33 year old stay at home mom to twins who are three in addition to being a full time student.My issues lately have been very unusual. I have been getting dizzy spells and feelings of nausea. I can guarantee that I am not pregnant. In addition I have been feeling fatigued.Thanks

Hello,

I would suggest you do a total blood count to check for iron deficiency anaemia because it may cause dizziness and fatigue. Taking count that you are working too much at home and being fatigued may come also as a result of stress.
