What Causes Frequent Dizziness And Sinus Pressure?
My 33 y/o daughter has been dizzy for four months. Some days she has horrible sinus pressure and feels like the floor is slanting. She has had a CT And MRI with contrast. Both were unremarkable.. Some days she can t even drive to take her kids to school... HELP!

Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like migraine , sinusitis , condition like meniere's disease and tumor . I would suggest you to consult ENT specialist for proper examination . Doctor may order CT scan , blood test , era examination with otoscope and take history . Doctor may prescribe antibiotics like amoxicillin along with decongestant and expectorant . Doctor may also refer you to neurologist for migraine and tumor like condition . For now take steam , keep yourself hydrate and avoid bending forward .
