What Causes Frequent Dizzy Spells After Eating?

I have frequent 10 minute to 1/2 hour blackouts after eating . I have diabetes 2, but it occurs sometimes even after just a boiled egg, or a healthy sandwich (2 pieces of rye bread with cheese spread). Then I very suddenly just wake-up , or come to again, with dizziness when trying to walk to go to void. Is this a sugar spike ? I m too confused then to measure my BS. NO ALCOHOL involved. If this is history if diabetes then blood sugar level need to be control on tight rule basis, particularly for post prandial, second change the time of meal and menu, food allergy required to be ruled out, here age and gender is matter for further advise and likely possibilities, HCM would be happy to answer your further query, hope you understand this, take care.
