General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Your symptoms seem to be related to costochondritis. I suggest using over-the-counter non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs pain relievers such as ibuprofen. I recommend placing hot compresses or a heating pad on the painful area several times a day. Keep the heat on a low setting. Ice also might be helpful. Avoid activities that make your pain worse.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
