General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

It is possible that you are experiencing an early or mild viral infection. This would cause the symptoms that you are experiencing.

Rest and the use of fluids are the general measures used for viral infections. Specific treatment would depend on the type of virus and the symptoms experienced.

Paracetamol/Tylenol, can be used for a headache and any other pain that you are experienced.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Michelle Gibson James, General & Family Physician
