Hi,

Frequent headaches in the evening can have a variety of causes. Some common causes include tension headaches, migraine headaches, sinus headaches, and cluster headaches. Other possible causes could be related to stress, anxiety, or changes in sleep patterns.

Based on your description, you mentioned that you feel the problem is connected to some digestion-related issue. Certain foods or beverages may be triggering your headaches. Some people experience headaches as a result of consuming alcohol, caffeine, or MSG (monosodium glutamate), among other things.

To help manage your headaches, you may want to keep a diary to track your symptoms, including when your headaches occur, how long they last, and any other symptoms you experience. This can help you identify patterns and potential triggers.

In addition to tracking your symptoms, some things that may help alleviate your headaches include practicing stress reduction techniques, getting enough restful sleep, drinking plenty of water, and avoiding known triggers. OTC pain relief medication such as ibuprofen or acetaminophen would help manage headache.

If your headaches continue to be a problem or if you have any other concerning symptoms, it is important to consult with a healthcare provider for further evaluation and treatment.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,

Hi,

Headache can be caused by various problems, thus, a proper work up is necessary. Blood pressure, lipid levels, hemoglobin levels and uric acid levels should be checked. Sinus congestion and tension headache should be addressed also. A general examination by general practitioner is well appreciated.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
