What Causes Frequent Headache Post Deviated Septum Surgery And Turbinate Reduction?

I ve had a balloon sinuplasty procedure done about a year ago which helped me as I was miserable and fatigued all the time. But I continued to have mild headaches every morning there after so 5weeks ago I had my deviated septum surgery and and a turbinate reduction done. As mentioned its been 5weeks since the procedure and my air ways have improved but I have constant headaches and congestion. Similar to before my balloon sinuplasty. Is this normal? Could it be my septoplasty reversed the effects of the sinuplasty? Or is this the normal effects of my nose healing?? Really frustrated and appreciate any answer and help.
