What Causes Frequent Headache,nausea And Dizziness?

Ive been sick for 7 months and I have been having a cycle that every other week I would feel nauseous, my head hurts, dizziness and REALLY THE URGE TO THROW UP but, I never actually do. I ve been to multiple doctors such as pediatricians, I am going to get an MRI of my brain

Hi thanks for asking question.
You have not mentioned you age.

Get your blood pressure measure as hypertension can lead to dizziness and headache.treat it if present.

Second do your blood sugar estimation as diabetes can related to it.Hypoglycemia can lead dizziness.

If you are getting repeated viral infection then headache also can occur as constitutional symptom.

Ear infection like otitis media can lead to repeated headache.

If continuous headache with flashes of light then migraine also has to be ruled out.

Inadequate sleep is also one of the cause.

Avoid stress as it can lead headache and panic attack also.

If still cause not clear then kidney and liver profile done.

If still not clear go for MRI like investigation.
