What Causes Frequent Headaches And Dizziness?

Hi, I have been having headaches for the last few weeks. When I bend to pick something up I get dizzy. Hot sweats for the last 4 nights/days. Last night I woke up with my whole head in pain and it s still here this morning. I feel my head is going to explode. Closing my eyes and being in a dark room doesent help.

I really appreciate your concern, such headache could be due to sinusitis it can be managed on conservative way like steam inhalation, hot drinks, Tab Acetaminophen with Ibuprofen as per needed, if the symptoms long last then may requires CT of brain hope this information helps.
