hi.

noted history of chronic headache. do you have any other associated signs and symptoms? aggravating and alleviating factors? it is best if you consult with a doctor, preferably a neurologist, for physical examination and clinical evaluation of your problem. it may be a migraine or a tension headache, but other causes such as tumor lesions must also be ruled-out. diagnostics (such as cranial ct-scan) and management will be directed accordingly. pain medications, as needed evry 4-6hours, may temporarily relieve your symptom.

hope this helps.

good day!!
