Hello and Welcome to healthcare magic forum!
There are certain side effects or rather after effects after cholecystectomy(
gall bladder removal). Gall bladder storage center of the bile that helps in digestion of fats in our food.
After removal this bile is directly & constantly being released into the intestine owing to the bright yellow color of the bowels
the pain in the abdomen and the urge for frequent bowels is due to improper digestion of the foods as the bile is not stored up but is constantly being released by the
liver into the intestines, resulting in lesser quantity of bile which results in improper digestion, absorption; since this bile acts as a laxative and is less concentrated it leads to the frequent bowel movement.
This is quite common after gall bladder removal, You just need to take care of the diet your following:
Avoid high fat foods
Include high fiber foods which include oats and barley
Take smaller but frequent meals this will also keep you from getting the pain and frequently feeling hungry.
Wishing you good health! Take care.
