What Causes Frequent Joint Pain In The Hand And Fingers?
Over the last month I have begun to experience random continuing joint pain, It began in my 2nd and 3rd toe accompanied by tingling whenever I stepped down. ( no recent back injury or strain ). it then started in my pinky of my left had, now affecting the two middle fingers of my right hand. no swelling with any of the joint pain, all of this is accompanied by a lack of energy,
Most probably it could be a sign of viral fever. Joint pain and body ache are common with viral fever. As first-line management you can take drugs like paracetamol for symptomatic relief. If symptoms persist you can consult a physician and get evaluated to rule out conditions like arthritis.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Dr. Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
