General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

Most probably it could be a sign of viral fever. Joint pain and body ache are common with viral fever.
As first-line management you can take drugs like paracetamol for symptomatic relief.
If symptoms persist you can consult a physician and get evaluated to rule out conditions like arthritis.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
