Hi i 27, am getting my periods twice a month since 2 months, and very less bleeding..I had little stress at work place last month.. Is is because of the stress? or something else i am worried.. Could you please tell me what could be the problem and is it require to consult doctor for a test

YES!.stress can cause menstrual irregularities.but dont worry dear short cycles problem is not uncommon.but you need to undergo certain investigations to rule out the other causes and get proper treatment.you can wait for another month so that your body gets adobted to habit pattern or you can immediately contact a OBG specialist.
