Understanding your concern. As per your query you have frequent migraines, dizziness and pain in neck and shoulders . Well the symptoms you mention in query are clearly pointing towards a condition known as cervical spondolysis . But there can be othere reasons also for dizziness like low blood sugar or iron level , some medicines , inner ear ifection , migraine or benign paroxysmal positional vertigo .
