General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The swollen lymph nodes are commonly related to an infection in the system. I suggest using Tylenol to relieve the inflammation and pain. You should wait and see how the symptoms will develop to take a specific treatment.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
