Hello,

Pain and swelling in the joints are usually related to arthritis and swelling in the legs might be related to different issues associated with kidneys, heart or other systems of the body.

Are you a diabetic? Have you ever got your blood sugar levels checked?

To know the exact cause, I would suggest you see a rheumatologist, after doing the physical examination and taking history, your doctor would be able to guide you on further management of the pain and swelling in the joints.

He might ask you to get some blood tests and imaging tests done for confirmed diagnosis of arthritis.

For the swelling on the legs, he might suggest you get some more diagnostic tests or refer you to a different specialist as per the requirement.

So without waiting anymore, I would advise you, visit your doctor and know the underlying cause for your illness so that appropriate treatment can be suggested for better management.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
