What Causes Frequent Sickness During Treatment For Type-1 Diabetes And Neuropathy?

I am a type 1 diabetic for 30 years with gastroparisis, retinopathy, and neuropathy. In the last cpl years I ve noticed I get sick very often if I am working outside. I used to be able to work 12 or more hours a day in the heat with no problem. Today went to work to mulch a property and got sick before i emptied a wheelbarrow and was only there for 40 mins. What can I do to keep myself from getting sick while working? I don t want to lose my job because of it. If you know anything I can do to keep from getting sick that would be a great help to me. I thank you for any advice.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, if you are diabetic patient then blood sugar level need to be controlled on tight rule basis second better to get done the HbA1c it should be below 7 if this is not then you have to controlled the sugar level in right way, other tests would also be advisable like EKG, cholesterol, LFT, better to change the life style from grass rooted level, hope this information helps take care
