I have frequent sleep disturbances. Out of 7-8 hours I m on the bed I sleep hardly for 4-5 hours. I tried avoiding all disturbances like electronic gadgets, lights, sounds etc. But I feel I dream a lot during nights which might be disturbing me. Can you help?
