I m on implanon, Definitely sexually active not using protection with my boy friend. .Three weeks ago I had my period, it ended about 8-9 days later and then a week after that I stated spotting. It came on late evening and lasted lightly until the next evening, then it stopped ad cane back on again a day later lasting three days very light. I had some light cramping. ... I m worried I could have fallen pregnant. I have a fullness feeling in my uterus when I lay down I feel it more.I m tired all of the time... I guess my question is could it be possible that I am pregnant and if I am should I get my bit control taken out

Pregnancy is not very likely. Yet, you have to get a clarification through the blood test followed by a trans-vaginal sonogram and plan further management.
