What Causes Frequent Stomach Cramps With Wind Pains?

Age 17 recently travelled to Bali. While there got very ill with stomach cramps so severe i was doubled over in pain. I also had very bad diarheer. I did take imodium for 2 days. I continued to have wind pains and feelm slightly unwell. I have been home for 1 week and the last 2 days have a very bad headache and again stomach cramps and have been in bed for last 2 days i feel very sick and lethargic
