Hello,
You are constantly feeling nauseous, tired, weak. You have history of having
hypothyroidism. Presently, your reports are normal. Your reports may be normal but you should maintain the same level (T3, T4 , TSH) so that your system adjusts with it. Weakness and
tiredness may be indicative of stress (emotional & physical),
anxiety, sedentary lifestyle,
anemia, poor general health condition or any undetected chronic illness.
You are suggested to take home made, nutritious food rich in iron and minerals. Take high protein diet. Add nuts, dry fruits , berries, fruits to your daily diet. Avoid taking junk food, spicy food, processed or packaged food. Inadequate sleep at night also makes one feel tired for the whole day. Take quality sleep at night, at least 8hrs of sleep is a must. Do regular exercises, walking twice a day. Maintain healthy weight, if obese loose weight.
Tiredness may also be a symptom of heart problems. Do a complete medical check-up. Get clinically examined by a GP, get all required blood tests and imaging tests done to detect any chronic illness that has not yet been diagnosed and to detect any developing coronary
artery disease,(CAD). Keep addictions,
smoking, alcohol, drugs, etc., if any at bay. If needed you can get connected to a Physical therapist for
massage therapy and CBT.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Nupur K., General & Family Physician
