What Causes Frequent Urge To Pass Stool, Abdominal Pain And Diarrhea?

I have had bowel problems for about a year now, sudden urges to go, abdominal pain, gas, diarrhea and having to go several times a day. My movements are sometimes black and tarry, sometimes orange, and lately mainly clear liquid. I never feel completely emptied when I go. I don t think its IBS and I m scared to go to the doctor. What could it be?

Hi It would have helped me more if you had mentioned your age. From your symptoms i recommend you to see a doctor at the earliest. Do not be afraid to see a doctor, if anything your doctor is only going to help you. With advancement in the medical field it is possible to treat many conditions now that were previously untreatable. Also going to the doctor will relieve you from your symptoms and the mental turmoil you must be facing. A stitch in time saves nine. Good luck :)
