Hello,

Duodenal ulcer most probably doesn't cause a frequent urge to pass stools and neither it causes diarrhea. Your symptoms make me think of irritable bowel syndrome, anal fissure or piles, inflammatory bowel disease, bacterial gastroenteritis, anxiety disorders, celiac disease, amoebic dysentery, food allergy, and colon cancer.

You need to get few investigations like stool examination, stool culture, if necessary, a colonoscopy as well. Most of the times, after an episode of diarrhea, fissure develops due to irritation and this is the most common cause of urge to pass stool.

Fissure can be treated by Anovate cream to be applied twice daily.
Please do consult a gastroenterologist for detailed clinical examination and diagnosis and treatment.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
