What Causes Frequent Urge To Pass Stool And Diarrhea Despite Suffering From Duodenal Ulcer?
hi iam suffering with duodenal ulcer since 4 years ..now a days iam frequently having urge to go for stool,,few days back i had diarrhea and i noticed white color stool..now it is brown in color..but the urge to go for stool continues..plz suggest some medicines..
You need to get few investigations like stool examination, stool culture, if necessary, a colonoscopy as well. Most of the times, after an episode of diarrhea, fissure develops due to irritation and this is the most common cause of urge to pass stool.
Fissure can be treated by Anovate cream to be applied twice daily. Please do consult a gastroenterologist for detailed clinical examination and diagnosis and treatment.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

What Causes Frequent Urge To Pass Stool And Diarrhea Despite Suffering From Duodenal Ulcer?
Hello, Duodenal ulcer most probably doesn t cause a frequent urge to pass stools and neither it causes diarrhea. Your symptoms make me think of irritable bowel syndrome, anal fissure or piles, inflammatory bowel disease, bacterial gastroenteritis, anxiety disorders, celiac disease, amoebic dysentery, food allergy, and colon cancer.
