General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Your symptoms seem to be related to the use of spicy food. They can cause high stomach acidity which causes chest pain.

They can also cause diarrhea. I suggest using an antacid such as Maalox three times a day. I also suggest using daily probiotics an eat a fiber-rich diet.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
