Hello and welcome to HCM,
Feeling of pressure during urination, pain and sensation going down the legs requires complete examination of the pelvic organs.
First of all get an urine examination to look for evidence of infection.
If there is evidence of infection, culture and drug sensitivity needs to be done.
Appropriate antibiotics will control the
urinary tract infection if present.
Secondly, an
ultrasound of pelvis is required to look for the evidence of
pelvic inflammatory disease (PID).
PID can cause pain and pressure in the pelvic organs and lower back ache.
A gynecological examination is also required since feeling of something going to fall out may be suggestive of an impeding prolapse.
Sensation going down the legs may be associated with above mentioned symptoms or may be different entity all together.
Thus, get a complete pelvic examination and you will need to consult a gynecologist for all these investigations.
Thanks and take care
