Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
What Causes Frequent Urge To Urinate And Vaginal Spotting?
Suddenly after a gall bladder removal, hernia, repair, teratoma tuner removal and left ovary and tube. All that about almost 2months ago. I am getting the strong urge to urinate. After I do. The pressure is still there to do so. I am able to go little more, little more etc. No pain, but after just finishing my menstrual cycle about 14 days ago. When I wipe I seem to be spotting. I have never been regular but w/in last two years have been more than ever. Since surgery even more so. I am 38 years old.
I don't think this is related to the previous surgeries you mentioned. I believe it can be related to urinary track infection possibly cystitis. I think you should do an uroculture to check it and use the antibiotics that come out as a result of antibiogram. Use ibuprofen for pain and discomfort.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Olgeta Xhufka, General & Family Physician
