When I m sleeping or relaxed or keeping busy I m fine once I get up and urinate the first time then I keep having to go if I m going to work I drive an hour to hour 1/2 I m fine as soon as I get out of car bam I have to go and have to run and go if I m busy at work I m fine as soon as I m not busy bam I have to go and run to go then I travel home and fine again until I get out of car then run to go it s the same if I m relaxing watching TV out to eat I m fine until I get up from a relaxed position and once I go I feel like I have to keep going what do you think. Hi, Thanks for posting in HCM. I understand your concern. The symptoms you are giving is suggestive of two conditions. 1. Cystitis (Infection of urinary bladder). 2. Benign Prostate Hypertrophy (BPH) [in case you are male] - enlargement of prostate gland. For Cystitis, kindly get your urine culture and sensitivity done. For Cystitis and BPH, you need to get abdominal and trans rectal ultrasound scan done. Kindly consult with the reports Urologist for proper advise and management.
