I am suffering from increased urine frequency.I took 3 courses of antibiotics for urine infection at different times but the problem is recurring. After a gap of 1 -2 weeks the symptoms of increased urge and frequency arise again. I have currently taking citralka syrup. What can be the reason for this recurring problem?
Understanding your concern. As per your query you have frequent urge to urinate . Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like over active bladder syndrome , which can be confirmed by doing Urodynaemic study of bladder , other causes can be Urinary tract infection, benign prostatic hyperplasia with or without prostatitis . I would suggest you to consult urologist for proper examination . Doctor may order urine sample for routine, microscopy, culture and sensitivity , blood for sugar, urea and creatinine , ultrasonography or urodynaemic study of bladder . Doctor may prescribe anti muscuranic drug like Darifenacin once daily along with Levofloxacin or norfloxacin .
Hope your concern has been resolved.
