What Causes Frequent Urination After Periods?

I just ended my menstrual cycle on 22nd of this Month and i noticed my urine has been frequent. The urine is not much just a little, sometimes drop. But i got scared on Sunday. Before i got to the rest room i peed heavily on my body. Please what explanation can you give to this. This is my first time of experiencing this. I am a nursing mom. I just resumed my cycle and my baby is 8months old.Thanks.

For frequent urination following causes has to be ruled out.
_diabetes mellitus
_diabetes insipidus
_diuretic therapy history
_stress, anxiety
_urinary tract infection
_overactive bladder

So According to examination step by step investigations can be done.

Urine routine microscopic examination done first for primary work up.

Random blood sugar estimation also should be done.
