What Causes Frequent Urination Along With Bouts Of Vomiting And Dizziness?
Blood pressure is usually normal. I have to urinate frequently. Thirsty and have been to a cardiologist. Stress test was normal. I have bouts of vomiting lightheaded or dizziness if I get up to fast. Blood pressure then drops low example 70/42. I ant to lie down when this happens. I do not know what kind of doctor I need to see I saw a urologist and I do have some kidney stones but they are not blocking anything. The are just sitting there
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
You should see a cardiologist.
Significant reduction in blood pressure on standing is called postural hypotension. It can be due to different causes such as: • Dehydration • Side effect of medication • Heart disease • Anemia • Hormonal causes
You would need to be examined and blood tests done at least. Depending on the findings, additional tests may be needed.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards, Dr. Michelle Gibson James
