Hi my name is Victoria Marinucci I live with my fiancé and his two little ones we have been trying for a few months to get pregnant (me) and I have not had my menstrual cycle at all this month I have been urinating a lot lately, been getting hungry all the time, my breast have been extremely tender and has white spots all over my nipples, I also have mild back pain, and I also get really sharps in my lower and upper stomach. My question is what could it mean. I put all my symptoms into WebMD.com and the highest symptom is pregnancy. My primary doctor said I wasn t pregnant but in my family the pregnancy always came negative until it was time for them to give birth its a gene that runs in my family.
