What Causes Frequent Urination Along With Lower Pelvic And Back Pain?
Hi. Have had lower pelvic and back pain frequent urination ,lower bowel pain, hemroids went to Doctor I was put on Corp for uti. It s been 4 days. still urinating frequently, tired a little better not there yet. How long will this last my vaginal area feel a little stinging now
Based on the history you have shared, you should get urinalysis and ultrasound KUB as well as ultrasound pelvis done to rule out any bladder related causes or concomitant pelvic inflammatory disease.
High vaginal swab may also be needed for reassurance. Meanwhile cranberry sachet as well as antibiotics like ciprofloxacin may be needed. For pain acetaminophen and anti spasmodic like drotavarine can be helpful.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
Regards,
Dr. Saddiq Ulabidin
