General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Based on the history you have shared, you should get urinalysis and ultrasound KUB as well as ultrasound pelvis done to rule out any bladder related causes or concomitant pelvic inflammatory disease.

High vaginal swab may also be needed for reassurance. Meanwhile cranberry sachet as well as antibiotics like ciprofloxacin may be needed. For pain acetaminophen and anti spasmodic like drotavarine can be helpful.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Saddiq Ulabidin
