What Causes Frequent Urination Along With Pain In Back And Abdomen?

Hi my name is Noah and im 19 years old. For the past 6+ months I have been having very frequent urination. I also have lower left back pain and pain in my left abdomen. I have had abdominal ct scan, MRI s on my brain and neck and a penile scope and everything is clear. I have also taken antibiotics that have seemed to do nothing except make my frequent urination more frequent when i start taking them. I have been having a very tender left testicle and pressure that goes down my left leg. Countless doctors have put me on different meds such as Vesicare, Levaquin, Flomax, Doxycycline, Flavoxate etc... Right now im currently taking clonazepam for my anxiety because i recently starting college and my frequent urination is even worse when im anxious. I was also just prescribed ciprofloxacn but again it makes me urinate more. I was just tested for hyperthyroidism since it was a little high i get my results back monday. All of my symptoms occur on the left side of my body and it is very stressful constantly urinating while im in college. My mind stays focused on this because it is such a bother and i constantly look things up. I dont know what to do and the doctors im working with are not very helpful. If i could please get your opinion/advice i would very much appreciate it. Thank you, Noah

Hi,

It seems that you are having urinary tract infection. Get your urine culture and sensitivity checked and take proper antibiotics according to your report. Also, take plenty of fluids.

Thank you. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
