What Causes Frequent Urination Along With Sharp Lower Abdominal Pain?

Hi over the last few weeks I have needed to pass large amounts urine roughly every 20minutes I am always tired & thirsty. For the last 48 hhours I have felt nauseous & unable to eat with sharp lower right side abdominal pain. I also have hypothyroidism if that s relevant. What could be the cause of this?

Urinary tract infections (UTIs) are the most common cause of frequent or urgent urination.But there are other causes include:
1.drinking too much liquid
2. caffeinated or alcoholic beverages
3.diabetes
4.pregnancy (especially in third trimester, when there is pressure on the bladder)
5.prostate issues (enlargement or infection)
6.anxiety
7.diuretics
8.interstitial cystitis (chronic infection in the bladder)
9.vaginal infection

Yes fatigue is a symptom of hypothyroidis but not always.I dont know your health history but I advise you to your doctor for an physical examinim and to make further analysis and to rule out all the causes i mention before .Depending on the findings of the physical exam and medical history, your doctor may order tests, including:total blood count ,blood levels of thyroid hormones,urinalysis,blood sugar test,ultrasonography,neurological tests
