I am urinating a bit more frequently and have lower abdominal discomfort. It doesn t burn when I urinate but as I m passing urine I get a sort of chill. No fever. Just a chronic pressure and uncomfortable feeling in my lower abdomen. Any thoughts?

Hello,

I think these symptoms most of the time are related to infection of bladder (cystitis). To clarify further your diagnosis you need to do an urine test, urine culture, blood test, glucose test, abdominal echo, and to see the Giordano sign by a doctor. After the results you can see if you need medication or not, of course talking with your doctor.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Monika Dede
