What Causes Frequent Urination And Abdominal Discomfort?
I need to urinate frequently. I have discomfort -- not acute -- when urinating, and produce little urine. At the same time, I have some lower abdominal discomfort, similar to constipation (which it could be, but not sure). No fever, I believe, and no blood in my urine. I m in Boston; my primary care physician is on Cape Cod (75 miles away) but I m near ER rooms in hospitals if need be.

Your symptoms are usually found in cystitis infection of urinary bladder.
Please go for urine examination and ultrasound abdomen to rule out infection inflammation of urinary bladder or stone. Also, get your blood sugar level checked.
