Hello,

Strong urine odor can be due to urinary tract infection (UTI). I suggest you to get urine routine examination and urine culture to look for urinary infection and appropriate antibiotics to treat infection.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shailja Puri, Pathologist and Microbiologist
