Hi, dear I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
You have stone in gall bladder. It leads to obstructive jaundice and bilirubin is excreted in urine. So you have bilirubin in urine. You need treatment of your gall stone. Once obstruction is released your urine will become normal.
Treatment is medical and surgical. It depends on size of stone, cholycystitis, location and many other factor. Consult your doctor and take treatment accordingly.
