What Causes Frequent Urination And Blood In Urine?

I am 61 years old. Recently I noticed that I am urinating much more frequently. I have not noticed any blood in my urine, however, occasionally there is a burning sensation during urination and sometimes there is discomfort in the tip of my penis. Also, I do have some discomfort during ejaculation.
