Hi,
Noted the history related to your having scopy and biopsy of uterus and cervix, followed by dark color urination, increased abdominal pressure,
diarrhea with
charcoal black discharge.
All the symptoms are suggestive of a possible complication of the procedure, causing some sort of uterine perforation, injury to small or large intestine.
This is an emergency hence you should report immediately to the ER or the hospital where all your investigations were done.
You need to be admitted.
Be nil orally meaning do not take anything orally.
You will need a detailed clinical evaluation, examination and investigations including
CT scan of abdomen to know the cause.
May need urgent exploratory
laparotomy or
Laparoscopy and needed procedure.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. T Chandrakant, ENT & General Surgeon
