What Causes Frequent Urination And Discomfort In The Penis?
Hi . I have been suffering with frequent urination and slight discomfort in the head of my penis , the urethra looks a bit inflamed . It becomes very sore / sensitive for a couple of days after I ejaculate too . Something similar happened a few years ago

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
You are having balanitis or urinary tract infection. Your urine routine microscopic examination should be done. If pus cells and bacteria are present than culture should be done and accordingly antibiotic is chosen. Drink more water, cranberry juice extract tablet are also useful. Anti-inflammatory drug like Brufen for 5 days can be prescribed. Consult urologist for examination.
