What Causes Frequent Urination And Dizziness In A 70 Year Old Person?

My symptoms are urgency, frequency, recent total ED, and some dizziness. I am over 70, but PSA of two years ago was less than one (1). What might be the cause? Up until two months ago, I was a sexually active fellow in better shape than most of my age group.

This could be a UTI or prostatitis (infection of the prostate). It may also be a result of prostate enlargement (benign prostate hyperplasia) that is age related.

It's advised to do urine analysis and pelvi-abdominal ultrasound for assessment of both urinary system and the prostate.

Checking vital signs, including blood pressure, blood glucose and temperature are advised and can help reach the diagnosis.
